    Hello,

I wanted to introduce a new tool I have developed recently for reproducible research, and hopefully get some feedback from people (perhaps also have it added to the list of open source tools on the main site).

The blog is here, which includes links on how to get/install the software and more details about what it can do:
    http://blog.dexy.it

I used Sweave previously, but I had some issues with it and I also wanted a more general solution. Dexy already supports LaTeX + R, Python, C, Ruby and it can be extended very easily to support pretty much any language, templating system or scriptable tool. Dexy can help you to write literate/reproducible documents of any size and kind, and it also makes it easy to write blog posts which incorporate code snippets and results.

I'd really appreciate feedback, especially from people with very demanding uses.

I have been using dexy on a couple of projects. I really like it so far. It is very flexible.
    I was using sphinx.

One small nitpick is I don't like that I have to insert @export comments in my source to just pull a section of code.
I would like to be able to specify which lines I want explicitly, similar to how sphinx with reStructuredText does it.

I am also thinking of converting my class handouts to dexy since it helps me keep code examples, output, and text in sync.

I am curious how many people are using it.
